Role Mission:

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Business Development Specialist to fuel our global expansion. You will be the engine of our sales team, responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating qualified leads, and setting up meetings for our Sales Team. This is a crucial role focused on the top of the sales funnel, not the full sales cycle.

Key Challenges & Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers in target international markets (industrial, public sector, defense) using modern tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).

• Develop and execute modern outbound campaigns (Account-Based Marketing) via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate initial interest.

• Engage and qualify potential leads through initial calls and email conversations to determine their needs and fit with our solutions.

• Schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls for our Sales Managers, ensuring a smooth handover.

• Maintain and manage a clean and accurate pipeline of leads and activities in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and lead generation strategies.

Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development or a similar lead generation, prospecting role in the B2B technology sector.

• Proven track record of using modern outbound techniques (social selling, multi-channel outreach) to generate leads.

• Hands-on experience with sales intelligence and engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, Salesloft).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients via phone and email.

• Fluent in English (C1/C2), both written and spoken.

• A proactive, "hunter" mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in the telecommunications, deep-tech, or defense industry.

• Basic understanding of 5G, Open RAN, or related technologies.

• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
