- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in C/C++ software development
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving approach
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in C99 and/or C++14
- Experience with multi-threading and real-time applications
- Knowledge of 4G/5G RAN design and functions
- Familiarity with Open RAN architecture
- Implementation of 4G/5G RAN protocols (e.g., PHY/MAC/RLC/PDCP/SDAP/RRC/S1AP/NGAP/X2AP/XNAP)
