Currently, we are hiring for a position in the field of ML engineer for 6G networks, to implement machine learning (ML) algorithms for telecommunication networks, particularly for future 6G networks. Such candidates will be working in collaboration with the R&D team of IS-Wireless in the research projects. - A Master degree is preferred in one of the following specializations Electrical / Electronics / Computer / Telecommunication Engineering
- Machine learning tools and techniques
- Hands on experience on supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning , and deep learning will be a plus
- Big-data analysis
- Distributed/transfer learning (optional)
- Big data visualization (optional)
Technical skills foreseen:
- Programming skills e.g., Python, MATLAB, R
- ML algorithm skills such as e.g. reinforcement learning, deep reinforcement learning, CNN, RNN, MLP, LSTM, Bayesian network, K-mean clustering, Random forest, and decision tree;
- ML algorithms and data science framework like NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Matplotlib, SciKit-Learn, PyTorch, etc.

Here's a brief summary of each step:
Survey Response: Interested applicants complete a short survey during application, providing basic information and assisting in initial screening.
Personality and Technical Tests: Candidates who pass the survey stage undertake tests to assess their aptitude, skills, and suitability for the position.
Initial Online Interview: Successful candidates from the tests have an online interview with the Project Management Office (PMO) representative and future supervisor to evaluate compatibility with the team and organization.
Interview with Department Head: Promising candidates move on to an interview with the department head to assess knowledge, experience, and fit within the department.
Contract Proposal: If the candidate is deemed suitable after the interview with the department head, we send them a contract proposal detailing terms and conditions of employment.
