Role Mission

We are looking for a technically-minded sales support professional to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge LiquidRAN™ technology and client needs. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise during the sales process, supporting our Global Sales team with product demonstrations, technical documentation, and client education across defense, industrial, and commercial markets.

Key Challenges & Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise during sales presentations and client meetings, conduct product demonstrations of LiquidRAN™ technology and Private 5G/6G solutions, and create technical documentation including whitepapers and solution briefs.

• Support RFP/RFI responses with technical content and collaborate with R&D teams to translate complex technology into client-friendly solutions.

• Educate prospects on 5G/6G technology, O-RAN, and LiquidRAN™ benefits while supporting proof-of-concept planning and technical requirements gathering.

• Participate in industry events, conferences, and technical workshops to build relationships with technical stakeholders at client organizations.

• Gather market feedback and technical requirements from sales interactions, collaborate with Product Management on feature prioritization based on client needs, and monitor competitive landscape and technical trends in 5G/6G and O-RAN markets.

Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

• 2-4 years of experience in telecommunications, 5G/LTE, or wireless technologies with understanding of mobile network architecture (RAN, Core, O-RAN concepts).

• Basic knowledge of network protocols and telecommunications standards combined with experience in technical documentation and presentation creation.

• Experience supporting B2B sales processes or technical pre-sales activities with strong presentation and communication skills in English.

• Customer-facing experience in technical roles with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with O-RAN, Kubernetes, or cloud-native network functions.

• Knowledge of defense/military communications or Industry 4.0 applications.

• Previous experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or field applications.

• Understanding of AI/ML applications in telecommunications and familiarity with private networks and edge computing concepts.
